ZNF’s colloquium series this summer term is composed of five to seven selected lectures from the science and peace researches as well as from the occupational experiences in line with this field. ZNF is organizing this interdisciplinary course in the spirit of Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker whose name stands not only for peace research but also for interconnected thinking and interdisciplinary research. As only through a joint, inter-disciplinary cooperation that the various aspects and consequences of political and human actions in its totality and sustainability can be grasped, these colloquia also serve as a platform for a genuine multi-disciplinary dialogue. It entails the importance of maintaining the link among various institutions and ZNF through constant communication and collaboration of their representatives.
