Selecting your field of study is an important step for the determination of your future career and therefore you need to put a careful thought and effort into this decision. Once you have become acquainted with the demands and requirements of teachers and study regulations that govern the university life, you may realise that there is apparently not a large room left to manoeuvre. Being a mentor, I consider as my duty to encourage my students while offering them opportunities that would enable them to realise their goals for their professional life. Nevertheless, it is beyond my control and understanding how students or young graduates can sell themselves or their skills as efficient as possible in the job market. Rather, I intend to strongly help them utilize their interests on specialized knowledge and know-how acquired during their studies in their future professional career, where they can pour their whole heart into it.To read more, please download PDF (In German).
