Accommodation

The participation fee pays for a 4-person room and breakfast in the Hostel Meininiger (Hamburg-Altona district), unless otherwise preferred. We could book for you a single-room, however, please consider that we are not in a position to refund any costs in this case.

All participants will be expected to pay for their own meals (lunch and refreshments). There are many inexpensive pubs or cafes throughout the city. All tastes are catered for, with thriving Italian, Greek, Turkish, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese cafes alongside the vegetarian and local restaurants that characterise city of Hamburg. 

We make every effort to accommodate the needs of those with special requirements. Please indicate any special needs on your application form.
