Gaga is a movement language that invites you to rediscover your own body—with curiosity, presence, and a joy of movement. The classes offer a creative space to strengthen flexibility, endurance, strength, and body awareness while experiencing the joy of movement in an open and non-judgmental atmosphere.\n
Through visual prompts and multi-layered movement tasks, an intense physical experience emerges that connects perception and imagination. Gaga operates without fixed forms or pressure to perform—each person explores movement in their own unique way.\n
Workshop InformationThe Gaga/people classes are open to everyone aged 16 and older—regardless of prior experience in dance or movement. No dance experience is required. The course is conducted in easy-to-understand English.\n
About Mélanie SorinMélanie is a freelance dancer and teacher based in Berlin. She studied contemporary dance in Lisbon and London and has worked with various choreographers and improvisational approaches.In 2010, she was first introduced to the Gaga Movement Language and subsequently completed her training as a certified Gaga teacher in Tel Aviv. She has been teaching Gaga internationally since 2012.\n
