In our large-enrollment class meetings, students can feel disconnected from the learning experience and may stop coming to lectures all together. What can bring them back? Designing our interactions with students to be as broadly accessible and inclusive as possible, in order to foster greater student agency, autonomy, and satisfaction. This webinar will share concrete strategies for how to adopt Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to engage learners deeply. We’ll also explore how to use artificial intelligence tools to increase the positive impact of UDL. \n
