Stepping into a leadership role is an exciting phase with great learning potential, but it also comes with challenges. Our program “Peer Consultation for New Leaders” supports you in reflecting on your role, strengthening your communication skills, and building a supportive network.

The program begins with a two-day workshop. During this workshop, you will learn about the method of peer consultation: this solution-oriented approach brings leaders together in confidential, structured meetings to discuss current challenges and gain new perspectives. The goal is to develop practical solutions and learn from one another.
